1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Hosting
New customers purchasing Shared Web Hosting or WordPress Hosting plans are entitled to a full refund of their hosting fees within 30 calendar days from the initial activation date if dissatisfied with the service.
2. Non-Refundable Services
In accordance with global registry practices, the following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals (including .IN and .COM).
- Commercial SSL certificates once issued.
- Dedicated IP addresses, server licenses, and custom cloud VPS setup fees.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI account or Card) or credited to your HostAdda Account Wallet within 5-7 Indian banking business days.
4. Abuse Exclusions
Accounts terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (phishing, malware distribution, email spamming) forfeit all refund eligibility.
