1. Data We Collect

We collect customer contact information (name, email, phone number), billing address, Indian State, and IP logs necessary for account verification, order invoicing, service provisioning, and fraud prevention.

2. Payment Security

We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI banking PINs. Payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, UPI QR) handle transaction authentication under PCI-DSS compliance. We only retain transaction IDs and UTR references for bookkeeping and reconciliation.

3. WHOIS & Registry Data

Domain name registrations require registrant contact details to be submitted to authoritative registries (.IN registry NIXI, ICANN). Where supported and requested, WHOIS privacy protection masks personal phone numbers and physical addresses.

4. Data Retention & Security

We implement 256-bit SSL encryption, hardened sessions, and salted password hashing (Bcrypt/Argon2). We do not sell or rent customer data to third-party marketing companies.
